My experience of HA vs PMMA is I prefer the PMMA feel. Not a huge difference Erect wise, PMMA is a tad firmer but both feel natural. Flaccid is where PMMA is king, in my opinion. As a Grower who turtles like mad, PMMA makes my Flaccid huge and feels solid, like having a constant chubby. HA made it bulbous like a big squishy stress ball.

How long have you had PMMA so far? I want to try Rejuvall’s fusionthick protocol where they start with HA to prep your body and then do PMMA for permanence but I’m worried about the long term complications that come with PMMA. I’m ok if i end up getting a Nodule or two that don’t have any complications besides asthetic but I don’t want to dig my own grave persay

I'm just a month in to PMMA.

I get the worries about long term PMMA. I took the dive weighing the PMMA risk vs. annual HA top offs vs. daily pumping/Clamping.

I figure long term, a couple PMMA injections to get me to my target probably have less risk than getting more HA every year or so, or the risk of a pumping/Clamping routine.

A lot of the PMMA risks seem to come from older products/techniques and sketchy clinics. Talk to the provider before you commit. I was on the fence before talking to the clinic owner on a consult, she really put my mind at ease on both the risks and the silliness of dropping thousands on a bigger Dick.

Hi, Just want to chime in here. At my office we take a slightly different approach. We highly recommend that patients getting penile girth augmentation have the PMMA combined with HA as a dual treatment. We feel this reduces the risks of granuloma formation, but no matter what technique is used granulomas can occur. In Bellafill's clinical trials the risk (defined as lumpiness after a month) was about 5%. Overall,I estimate the risk at 5-10% for penile augmentation with Bellafill. So its an important SE/risk to consider. Dr. S
