 I would just wait. Focus on getting your length first. The easiest way to stretch I can think of is wearing the ESL40. You could probably even use this after HA since it only grips the glans.

 Since you need to wear a weighted device / stretching device after ligament cut for 6 hours every day (for 6 months), is it possible to do an HA injection within the 6 months? According to the Calibre site, patients need to avoid wearing a device for 1 month after the injection to avoid pushing the HA around. Is there a way to retain the stretching needed for ligament cut within that 1 month?
