 Jumping in here — before anyone goes the injection route (Tri-mix etc.), I'd strongly suggest trying a topical lidocaine delay spray first if you haven't. Way cheaper, no needles, no prescription needed in most places, and it genuinely works for a lot of guys.

A few things that make a real difference with sprays though:
- Less is more. Most guys overdo it the first time and complain of numbness. Start with 1-2 sprays on the Frenulum/underside of the head and test from there.
- Give it a full 10-15 minutes to absorb into the skin. Spraying right before sex barely works.
- Wipe off the excess before any contact — otherwise it transfers to your partner and you'll both be numb.
- Test it during masturbation first so you can dial in your dose without performance pressure.

I found a spray plus basic pacing (slowing down as you approach the point of no return, deep breathing) got me from under a minute to 8-10 minutes consistently. Injections and experimental devices are a big step up in risk — worth exhausting the simple stuff first.
