I have an appointment this week in Miami.

This is my plans for post care: please correct me if anything is missing/wrong

Derma roller 3 times per day
Massage 3 times per day
Use Hanger after 3-4 hours have passed
Drink plenty of water

Good luck with your appointment. It would be helpful to know things like the kind of procedure you're getting, the Clinic/Doctor you're seeing, etc. It'll make dispensing advice a bit easier.
