I have been absolutely busting my ass since Round 1 back in June. Lost 27 pounds of fat and gained 19 pounds of muscle per my DEXA scans (attached image to this post); lost 10% body fat since then, partially motivated to get the pubic fat pad down more before Round 2, which I can say has been pretty successful.

So motivated I am now planning on doing a bodybuilding competition in two years. Hopefully that little speedo will hold my stuff in place.

@Jung being at 7.5" in this post, does that mean you started at 6" when you first began PE 20 years ago? I will be starting now and if I could get up to even 7" from 6" that would be a dream come true. I am waiting for my still on system to arrive. Have you heard of it/ is it similar to what you have used?
