September 5th, 2026 02:30 UTC #1308725850 Maybe try the klow peptide stack. Some people swear by it. It contains ghkcu, KPV, bpc157 and tb500. I've been on it 7 days a week, 8 units after it was reconstituted with 2ml of BAC. You reconstitute as though it's 50mg total with 2mg per injection.
I notice subtle results. I'll start another 8 week cycle again when I get my next procedure. Klow is supposed to speed up recovery to damaged tissue and ligaments by creating new blood vessels, Repair skin & hair, and reduce inflammation. People say the BPC157 and TB500 heal stubborn injuries. You can read about it on reddit although 1 month into it I feel my results are subtle.

September 13th, 2026 23:58 UTC #1308725871 Hey, sorry I never check these boards anymore but saw this today. Knowledge seeker was completely right about my timeline and response, which did end up healing. Only posting here to send hope for a positive outcome for you as well.
While I had pain for 3ish months, everything settled well and I love the results. I think the pain was just my body constantly responding to the Bellafill for 12ish (maybe a little more?) weeks.
I have some very minor irregularities that only I notice (a ridge that one girl commented felt like a big vein and she liked). Overall though I am completely pain free, and ended my Girth enhancement at 7.25x6.25”.
I hope you continue to heal and wish you the best. I know it screwed with my head for quite some time so I’m sorry if you’re feeling the same way.

Thanks Jick, I appreciate you and everyone else chiming in. Hopefully this helps any potential guys in the future experiencing similar symptoms. Thankfully I’ve continued to see improvement!
Week 9 update: I’ve been on my extended doxy cycle for just over 2 weeks now and it’s continuing to help immensely with the pain. Shortly after my last post (just over a week ago) I was able to drop all my pain meds! I still experience moments of slight pain/discomfort, and more so when I’m sitting upright and there is pressure on my perineum. I saw Dr. Bazzi a week ago Friday and he said my unit looks awesome and there’s no issues he can see besides the top Nodule which doesn’t create any visual irregularities. He did squeeze it quite hard a few times which elicited some significant pain.
Regarding the perennial pain, my wife suggested, and I mentioned this to Dr. Bazzi, that it could be pelvic guarding related and pelvic floor dysfunction. Basically overactive pelvic floor muscles that are causing pain. He agreed and gave me some exercises to do which include deep, breathing and relaxation in addition to happy baby in child’s pose stretches, and those seem to be helping when I’m experiencing perineum discomfort.
I have been able to have sex a couple times over the last week yesterday specifically we had sex twice without any major flareup, although there was some slight increase in discomfort after. I used cold compress after to reduce any potential complications and didn’t experience any significant pain later in the day and today I seem fine.
My follow up with Dr. Rupeka is next Wednesday. I will post an update after that, but so far I am very hopeful that this will fade in time! Overall if my symptoms continue to fade, I’ll be quite happy with this first round and seem to have settled at 5.8” mid and base Girth.
