Actually yes. Let's remember a few things Herbert:
(1) due to covid restrictions, staffing has been reduced meaning my point of contact there (Francis) has had to take on additional duties/roles, giving him less free time;
(2) there have been repeated closures in the U.K. due to covid;
(3) there are other matters that take priority when I do get a chance to communicate with them;
(4) if there are questions that are this important to you, contact the Sponsor directly. While I do what I can to provide my readers with competitive options, healthy content, and transparent information (
at no cost to you), please don't forget that I'm not a butler.
I didn't even bother mentioning the challenge of international time zone differences and family life.
Coincidentally I chatted with them today. I'll try and follow-up while the window is available and see what I can do (as always).
