What’s scrotx? Does it enhance the scrotum? Is this a filler?

Basically Boxox injected into the scrotom skin. Supposed to smooth out your skin and let the testicles hang lower (and appear bigger) the downside (from what I have read) is that it only lasts a few months.

I'd like to do this if self-application was possible and safe ... but going in somewhere every few months would be pushing my commitment level... However, I am very interested to find out how this works for you and how long it really lasts.
