AIVA Wellness in London

Has anyone had any experience of AIVA Welness clinic in Mayfair, London?

They claim results that last 3-5 years and even have a published medical study but it is just one patient followed for 6 months. See below:

pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articles/PMC1214245...m_source=chatgpt.com

It’s cheap too - so the old ‘if it’s too good to be true then it probably is’ springs to mind. Reviews seem AI generated too.

Would be useful to know of any real world examples and experiences though.

Thanks

I’ve come across these online recently. There’s a review on here from a little while ago that doesn’t name them but talks about their exact technique and I’ve put 2 and 2 together and guess it’s Aiva. Not a great review at all.
I’ve been contemplating/saving up for Androfill for a little while but saw Aiva and was curious.
I’ve come across another clinic called Erectifill that have really good trust pilot reviews. They use CaHa which I think is Radiesse. I’m just skeptical as there’s no reviews on here but Androfill are endorsed by the forum. I don’t wanna spend 3 grand and regret it but the CaHa does sound good

This may be easy for me to say since (for transparency's sake) Androfill is a Sponsor here... but here's what some may not consider in addition to my recommendation: #1 they are the only U.K. Male Enhancement practice that has remained consistent in its mission and credibility as a Specialty Provider; #2 they've been in operation for at least a decade where many other Clinics have come and gone; #3 and have an ambitious innovator at the helm (Dr. Greta) who treats this field more as an Academic & Physician than I've observed from any other European practitioner in my time following the scene.

I believe this area of cosmetic medicine still remains too niche to justify taking steep shortcuts, and while I believe value is an important consideration, cost alone is considerably low on the list of priorities when evaluating your best options. That said, I'd contend Androfill still offers a reasonable market value in light of what you're getting in return, and this type of procedure can have both life-changing and confidence-boosting effects some consider invaluable. I need to check in with them as Autumn approaches to see what their current specials are, but if you do mention being a PhalloBoards Member, they typically offer something (and hey, if I can help the Readership attain better value where I can, I will). The last promotion was 5% off the entire procedure(s), but you'll want to double check with them (as will I shortly).

I honestly can't speak for AIVA or others, and I sincerely hope they are solid operations regardless of whether or not they are Sponsors because that helps legitimize the industry while simultaneously incentivizing competition. Despite the lack of any serious regional contender to Androfill, I still hold hope to finding a second or third European Sponsor for the aforementioned reasons.

Trust Pilot in my opinion is a bit suspect in reliability, but that's my opinion even though it isn't entirely unfounded (i.e. on a few searches show that they not only were fined, but removed nearly 8 million potentially fake reviews in 2025 alone). In fairness, I'm not alleging the Trust Pilot reviews that are being cited in this thread are not real, but as someone who has been part of a Community that has been built on the premise of authenticity & transparency (despite anonymity), I would be remiss not to mention it. Reviews that convey high praise and generic language are at high risk of being bots (this was a thing well before the modern iteration of AIs we see today). This is especially true if the PENIS ENLARGEMENT reviews were published on public review sites like Yelp or Google and don't have much history of posting anywhere else. Stay sharp, penis enlargement has a long-standing stigma of being snake oil, and unfortunately this still persists because so do their salesmen.

Either way, if you decide to go with AIVA (or whomever), do share and keep us posted.

Androfill has recently made a lot of recent updates to their site and having visited the London office last year i would certainly recommend.

I went there back in 2024. I was misled and botched. Multiple granulomas/nodules formed along my shaft and I was left with a lumpy freakshow-penis. I ended up needing to have surgery earlier this year to remove two very large nodules. I regret every visiting him.
If you’re thinking about it, all I can advise is that you don’t. If you’re after something permanent, you’d be better off flying elsewhere and getting PMMA from one of the well-known sponsors on this site.

Sefan Chaudhry, the owner of Aiva Wellness, was suspended from practising back in 2024. A quick Google search will tell you all you need to know

I’ve visited three different clinics this year and they each have at least one patient requiring heavy corrective work after being injected with Sef’s “hybrid” filler.

I am not writing this to bad-mouth and slander him. I am just sharing my own personal experience with him. I’d hate for anybody else to go through the same mental torture.

This is why Androfill remains the only European Sponsor since Sponsorships became a thing -- finding legitimate, credible, and experienced providers is for whatever reason that much harder on the other side of the Atlantic. Stick with the tried & true.

I couldn’t agree more. Far too many clinics these days promise amazing results but fail to deliver. Don’t be fooled by fancy marketing and polished Instagram pages. In my opinion, these procedures should be performed strictly by qualified urologists with specific experience in penile procedures, not someone who originally specialised in facial aesthetics and then started injecting penises because they saw an opportunity to make more £££!

To be fair, "male phalloplasty" doesn't belong to any one singular medical discipline. You could argue Plastic Surgery, you could argue Urology, and you can even make a strong case for Dermatology (at least with respect to dermal filler injections). Male phalloplasty can and has been successfully performed by non-Urologists now and in the past. That said, a broader point I'd make that would be congruent with yours is that expertise, experience, and ethics (the 3 E's) should guide your judgement on which procedure and which provider to see when pursuing male enhancement.

At least in the U.S., there is no "Residency" (not even a text book) on all the viable methodologies on penis enlargement, and in fact still lacks acceptance by many medical circles. Most advancements made in this area are done so by Innovators in a few dozen clinics around the world, and those clinics come from varying backgrounds.

That said, I am in agreement with your general sentiment: beware of places that offer the procedure simply because they can (off-label use is legal in many places), there are tons of places popping up without the requisite experience or training... in fact, the Sponsors I've brought aboard here have demonstrated a baseline competency that I am comfortable sharing, and I have absolutely turned down (or even parted ways with) questionable providers in the past. I think the 16 years of this forums existence has demonstrated a propensity for patient advocacy, and that mission still holds to this day.

I agree with everything you’ve said. I’ve actually come across some excellent non-urologists in my research who have extensive experience with penile filler and deliver very good results, so I don’t think Urology is the only discipline capable of doing this well. Unfortunately, pretty much all the clinics I’ve come across are based outside the UK.

For me, it ultimately comes down to expertise, experience and ethics rather than simply the practitioner’s speciality.

That said, being in the UK, I’m now heavily cautious because the non-surgical cosmetic market is so poorly regulated. After my own experience, I would only consider treatment from a medically qualified professional with demonstrable experience in penile procedures. Twice bitten, thrice shy!
