Sorry if this a dumb question, but it says the repositioning of the internal bits, brings around an Inch of usable length. Is that Erect length? I always thought you couldn't really add cosmetic length. Only via PE etc. Thank you!

No, it's a good question and one that we get all the time.

It depends. We're not able to guarantee an increase in erect length, only flaccid length applies to our guarantee, because every man's anatomy is so different when it comes to erect length. While most of our surgical length patients do also see an increase in erect length, not everyone will.

A good way to predict whether or not you would see a significant increase in erect length after a Rejuvall lengthening surgery would be whether you're a "grower or a shower." Since "growers" already have the rest of the penis inside the body coming out during an erection, they likely won't see much, if any, increase in erect length, whereas a "shower" would be much more likely to see longer erections after healing from surgery.

And you're right that it's impossible to add erectile tissue to the organ. This article explains all of the hows and whys behind that fact: www.rejuvall.com/increase-erect-length/

Thanks for the information. There is a lot of information in your web site. So much good stuff so I may have missed what I was looking for.

I was wondering about the time frame of the post operation stretching……ie number of months

And the hours per day of stretching recommended

I know these may vary from patient to patient however I would appreciate knowing the range of the required commitment.

If this has already been provided I apologize for my oversight.

Thank you.

You can see my previous response below in regards to number of months:
No, it's not for life, though if you wanted to continue traction therapy you could do so safely as long as you continue using the devices provided exactly as-is and as instructed. Most patients finish the stretching regimen at about 6 months, but that can vary from patient to patient.

"Why so long? So you're actually just getting the length from stretching, aren't you?"

No; while the traction therapy does help lengthen the corpora to a degree, the penis is actually an organ and that's just how long it takes the body to heal after operating on an organ. As Dr. Carney always reminds patients, "Penis enlargement surgery is real surgery."
And the hours per day of stretching recommended
I can't get into any more detail here because this gets into proprietary information, but over those 6 months, it starts with a few minutes a day and then you build up to at least 2 hours per day. If you are a candidate for surgery, a provider would go over all that information with you in detail as well as providing written instructions. And again, we also have a post-surgical support line we would give you the phone number for in case of any questions.

I'm sorry I'm not able to give away any more of our "secrets," but I hope this information helps.

App 6 months long, 2 hours per day.

Just to clarify: You very slowly build up to 2 hours or more per day. We don't want anyone hurting themselves.

For the stretching performed after the surgery is this done by a device that can be worn unnoticed under clothing (slacks, bluejeans)?

I have a RestoreX extender and my perspective is it can not be worn under clothing..

I was very interested in this procedure, but something doesnt make sense. You can guarantee 1-2in length Flaccid depending on patient’s anatomy. If you a moving upto 1 Inch from inside by the repositioning, would that not also equate to Erect length?

patients reports have also stated scaring is not ideal, would using butterfly bandages on the incision first before stitching help with scaring? Also the use of silicone sheets after the incision has fully closed be beneficial?

Great questions. There are a couple of important distinctions here that may help clarify how the length gains work.
For qualified MegaMAXL patients, Rejuvall guarantees at least 1 additional inch of flaccid length. For qualified SuperMAXL patients, the guarantee is at least 2 additional inches of flaccid length.
Those guarantees apply specifically to flaccid length. Most patients also gain some erect length, but that portion varies considerably based on the patient’s anatomy, so it is not something we can guarantee.
One way to understand this is the difference between a “shower” and a “grower.”
A shower already has more of the penis externally presented while flaccid. When MegaMAXL changes the position of the penis and brings more of the existing shaft forward, that patient may have more opportunity for some of that change to remain apparent during an erection as well.
A grower, on the other hand, already undergoes a much larger change between the flaccid and erect states. During an erection, much of the erectile tissue that sits farther inward while flaccid is already extending outward. Because that tissue was already being utilized during the erection before surgery, there may be less additional erect length available from repositioning it.
That is why two patients can both gain an inch or more of flaccid length from the same type of surgery but see different changes in their erect measurements.
MegaMAXL also should not be thought of as simply “pulling an inch of penis out of the body.” The operation involves ligament work and penile repositioning that changes how the existing anatomy sits and presents externally. Surgery cannot create new erectile tissue, so the amount of erect-length change ultimately depends on the anatomy the patient started with.
As far as scarring goes, that is influenced by both postoperative care and the patient’s underlying ability to heal.
Following the prescribed aftercare protocol closely is extremely important. Incision care, avoiding excessive tension on the incision, activity restrictions, and following the postoperative scar-care instructions can all have a major effect on the final appearance.
However, health and nutritional factors matter too. Patients who are poorly nourished, have experienced significant weight loss, smoke or use substances that interfere with healing, or have a history of heavy alcohol or drug use may have poorer tissue quality and less predictable wound healing. Those patients can be more prone to delayed healing and more noticeable scarring even when the surgical closure itself was performed correctly.
We would not recommend adding butterfly closures or otherwise modifying the incision support unless Dr. Carney specifically instructs you to do so. The incision is closed and supported according to the needs of this particular operation, and adding tension or adhesive devices in the wrong place can potentially work against the intended closure.
Silicone scar sheets can sometimes be beneficial once the incision is completely closed and adequately healed, but timing is important. That is something the surgical team should approve based on how the individual patient is healing rather than something we would recommend starting automatically.
So the short version is: MegaMAXL and SuperMAXL have predictable flaccid-length gains in qualified patients. Erect-length gains are common, but how much a patient gains depends heavily on their starting anatomy — including whether they are more of a “shower” or a “grower.” And scar quality depends not only on the surgical closure, but also on aftercare and the patient’s overall health and healing capacity.
